Refund policy
Returns Information:
- Please contact us if you'd like to start a return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for unopened items.
- We accept returns up to 30 days from the shipping date for any reason. Returns older than 45 days we cannot accept.
- For defects, damages and wrong items, we will pay for Return Shipping and Handling. Contact Customer service immediately to qualify for the free return.
- For everything else, you will be responsible for the Return Shipping and Handling.
- We cannot accept returns of products that are used, empty, altered, not purchased from our store or not in original packaging.
- All sales final on discontinued items.
- If you received free gifts, discounts or free shipping based on your purchase amount those item values will be deducted from your return amount.
- If returns become excessive, we reserve the right to refuse to do business.
- Returns of Electronic Equipment (Flat Irons, Hair Dryers and Curling Irons) may be returned within our 30-day return policy.
- Defective electronic equipment may be returned to the manufacturer if it is beyond our 30-day return policy. For repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion, please see the warranty information included in the packaging of the product.
