Shipping policy

Shipping:

• All order totals over $39 ship for free.
• All order totals under $39 have a flat $7.99 shipping fee.
• Most orders ship within 24 hours.
• We only ship within the Continental US.
• Packages returned to us due to it being marked undeliverable or unsigned for by the UPS or USPS will be refunded minus the shipping costs.

Shipping Protection:

• Protects packages against loss (if a package is lost in transit as shown in the tracking), damages or theft (packages marked as delivered but not received claims) with a replacement first or refund (if product is out of stock).
• Damage claims require the packaging and product to be kept for proof otherwise the claim will be denied.
• Shipping protection is non-refundable.
• All claims must be made within 30 days of order date. Any orders beyond the 30 day limit will not be covered as that is more than sufficient time to report unreceived or damaged packages.
• If it is not purchased, then lost packages and packages marked as delivered will not be covered against any claims of non-receipt. Lost and stolen package claims will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We are located in Illinois so Midwest and East Coast deliveries typically take 1-3 days. West Coast deliveries take 3-7 days depending on order size, which determines the shipment method. Holidays will add to the travel time.
